Exceptional and sustainable design is out of reach for many homeowners because of the cost. Our aim is to bring the cost down without sacrificing design integrity. We want great landscape design to be a possibility for everyone. We create professional, sustainable designs within your budget. By doing your own fieldwork, you save on site visit and transportation fees. If you decide to do your own installation too, you can save even more. When you work with Aster Plans, you combine your own talents with ours to create the perfect outdoor retreat for you and your family.

Sustainability.

We are greening our communities one home at a time. Designing with nature in mind, our plans will use less water (a precious natural resource), do no harm to humans or animals, and support abundant wildlife—and we don’t just mean your kids! For your hardscaping, we encourage the use of local materials whenever possible. In New England, for example, that means bluestone or granite for your patio, while in Indiana we would suggest limestone, and in the southwest, Arizona buff. 

We also encourage on-site water management, often in the form of a rain garden. Rain gardens are an amazing way to keep the precious water that flows off your roof from ending up in storm sewers. Instead, the garden can filter out heavy metals and harsh chemicals, returning clean water to the ground, where it is needed the most.
